Cancellation and Return Policy

You can also claim a refund of your amount if the order has been damaged during the transit and it had reached you in a tampered condition only. In such a condition also, you are entitled to claim the complete refund amount from our end.
Conditions in Which Theskinkart.com Will Not Accept Return of Product
- If the product is not returned to us in the original packing, or else the price tag has been removed, or else, the product is tampered with by you or has been altered.
- If under any sales promotion campaigns, any free product is provided by our brand to the customers, in such a case, we will not accept the return of the product.
- If the product delivered is opened by you, in this condition, we will not accept the return of the product and you cannot claim the return of the product. We will accept the return of the product within a time span of two days only. If this period right after delivery of the product is passed, you cannot return the product to us.
Mode of Refund of Money.
At Theskinkart.com , we will ensure to refund the amount in the original source of payment mode. For example, if you have paid through UPI payment, you can expect the refund through UPI only, if you have used a credit card, or debit card, you can similarly expect a refund. If you have used your wallet for payment, you will expect the refund amount in your wallet only. In normal circumstances, you can expect a refund of money in five to seven working days. However, in exceptional conditions, if your refund is delayed, we will inform you via your registered email Id.
